Strategy
We take an innovative approach to balanced investing. The Fund invests in a combination of common stocks, high-yield corporate bonds and high-yield convertible securities. The Fund's management continues to place high priority on consistency of returns and low fund price volatility.

The Buffalo Balanced Fund is managed by John Kornitzer of Kornitzer Capital Management (KCM).
Mr. Kornitzer founded KCM in 1989, and is President and Portfolio Manager. He has over over 39 years of investment experience, including portfolio management for several Fortune 500 companies. Kornitzer received his degree in Business Administration from St. Francis College in Pennsylvania. Mr. Kornitzer is supported by a team of research analysts.
